Bill Payment Options For all of our Services; Cable TV, Telephone, and Internet; payments may be mailed, dropped at our office location, dropped into our night deposit or made at any branch of The National Bank.
Mail payments to: Pembroke Telephone Cooperative Bank Drafts: We also offer a bank draft option, where your bills can be automatically deducted out of your checking account each month. Call one of our Customer Service Reps at 626-7111 if you are interested in this option. Credit Cards: Payments may be made via credit card by visiting our business office or by calling one of our Customer Service Reps at 626-7111.
Complaints Pembroke Telephone Cooperative has a detailed Customer Complaint Procedure, which may be reviewed at the Business Office, to aid customers if their service difficulties aren't rectified through normal channels. Jill S. Williams |
