To make a payment at NBB:

For all of our Services; Cable TV, Telephone, and Internet; payments may be mailed, dropped at our office location, dropped into our night deposit or made at any branch of The National Bank of Blacksburg.

Bank Drafts:

We also offer a bank draft option, where your bills can be automatically deducted out of your checking account each month.  Call one of our Customer Service Reps at 626-7111 if you are interested in this option.

Credit Cards:

Payments may be made via credit card by visiting our business office or by calling one of our Customer Service Reps at 626-7111.

Pembroke Telephone Cooperative has a detailed Customer Complaint Procedure, which may be reviewed at the Business Office, to aid customers if their service difficulties aren't rectified through normal channels.

Customers who find it necessary to file such complaints may do so by contacting (in order) the following individuals until their complaints are resolved.
