PEMTEL OFFERS A VARIETY OF PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
When paying your bill in person or by mail, it is important for you to return the payment coupon portion of your monthly bill. This coupon provides the information necessary to insure proper posting of your payment to your account. Please make note of the due date printed on your bill. Payments are considered LATE, and therefore subject to late fees, unless they reach our office on or before the due date regardless of the method of payment. Failure to receive your bill does not exempt your account from late charges.
ONLINE BILL PAY
Online Bill Pay gives you the flexibility of paying your bill from any computer, at any location. First time users will be required to register. Registration requires a validation code found on your current month's statement. The online bill pay system can be used to make one time payments or recurring monthly payments. Online Payments cannot be stopped once they are in process.
Services for which Online Payments are made are Non-Refundable, except in the case of pro-rations upon the removal of a service or services. Any refunds due to a customer would be sent via check to the address on file. No refunds will be made to a customer's credit card or bank account. |
AUTOMATIC DRAFTS
Our bank draft option allows your bills to be automatically deducted out of your checking account each month. Draft Authorization forms must be completed and returned with a voided check. A copy of the authorization form can be downloaded or you may call one of our Customer Service Reps at 626-7111 if you are interested in this option.

CREDIT CARDS
One-Time payments may be made via credit card by visiting our business office or by calling one of our Customer Service Reps at 626-7111. You may establish recurring credit card payments via our Online Bill Payment system.
NIGHT DEPOSITORY
Payments may be left in our Night Depository which is located near our drive-thru. Payments received this way are processed the following business day. To deposit a payment, you must raise the flap cover and drop the payment through the slot. The payment will fall into our night depository where it will be retrieved on the next business day. Do not leave payments in the envelope area. PemTel is not responsible for payments that are lost or delayed due to incorrect use of the Night Depository.
