ALREADY A LIFELINE SUBSCRIBER?
If you are currently enrolled in the Lifeline program, you do not have to apply again for the ACP. You can apply your Lifeline and ACP benefit to the same or separate services. However, you must contact our office to request the ACP benefit be added. We are prohibited from applying it automatically.

Please note that the Lifeline eligibility determination is not made by PemTel. The Universal Service Administrative Company utilizes the National Verifier to determine eligibility. Subscribers receiving Affordable Connectivity Program benefits are offered the plans and services as all other members. Internet service offerings are restricted by location only - not all speeds are available in all areas.
