Broadband Speed Guide
The first step in deciding what plan is best for you is to determine what type of activities the service will be used for.
Levels of Use:
- Light Use = Basic functions such as Email, Browsing, Internet Radio and/or Basic Video.
- Moderate Use = Basic Use plus one high-demand application such as streaming video, video conferencing, gaming, etc.
- High Use = Basic functions plus more than one high-demand application running at the same time.
Number of Devices:
The second step is to determine how many users and/or devices will be accessing the service.
Count your devices. These devices use a portion of the total bandwidth included in your plan any time they are powered on, even f they are not in use.
