There are numerous programs available for email purposes. Programs such as Outlook, Windows Live, Live Mail, etc. Each program will have have different setup instructions, which makes it difficult for us to assist with setup over the telephone. However each of the programs will ask for certain details which can be found below.
User Name:
Your user name will be your full PemTel email address. For example: [email protected]
Password:
The password you chose when you subscribed. Please note that this password IS case sensitive.
Incoming Mail Server: (POP server - NOT Imap)
Outgoing Mail Server:
Note: Email passwords are encrypted for your security. We do not have access to them, so we encourage you to write it down and keep it in a secure location in case you forget.
