PemTel Emergency Response System (PERS)

A PemTel Emergency Response System is designed to help you access emergency service when you need them!

With the touch of a button you can contact the 24/7 Call Monitoring Center where trained professionals are standing by to dispatch the appropriate emergency service.  It is especially good for seniors or anyone with medical conditions as well as those living alone.

What is included?
  • Transmitter - Small battery-operated device that can be worn as a watch or as a pendant.  Has button to push if emergency arises.
  • Console - Small device that attaches to telephone line. Picks up a signal when the transmitter button is pushed and initiates a call to the monitoring center.
  • 24/7 Call Monitoring - Specially trained operators are there 24/7 to respond when the system is activated.

How much does it cost?
  • Installation $25.00 - PemTel employees will deliver and install the equipment at your location to insure that everything is working properly and that the system is ready for use.
  • Monthly Fee - $24.95 - Includes 24/7 monitoring as well as use of required equipment.  Charges will be included with your PemTel services bill.
